<p>Surprisingly enough I made it through with relative ease.  Perhaps I was full of energy, or perhaps I am getting into better shape.</p>
<p>All I know is that I have Sunday off from exercise now and I have begun week 3.</p>

<p>One good thing &#8212; tomorrow is the last day of the week, so I will have only 3 weeks left after that.  Hopefully most of the rest of the fat on my stomach will vanish by then.</p>

<p>I think this is the hardest workout ever put on DVD.  It was 48 minutes of pure hell with only one 30 second built in break.  Otherwise it was non-stop cardio work.</p>
<p>I was able to make it through it, but was VERY tired at the end.  Glad tomorrow is a recovery day, although I&#8217;m sure the workout will still be tough.</p>
