For the first time I really had no desire to do the workout today, I think I am officially burned out.
I managed to get through it and think I worked hard, but I am really, really, really ready to move onto something else. Tomorrow is a recovery workout day, so hopefully that will get me going again.

Did Max Interval Circuit today and it seemed much easier than the first time around. I am getting a little burned out of Insanity though, I will be glad when the next two and a half weeks are over so I can start mixing in some walking again.

Decided I would rather have Sunday off from exercise, so despite walking this morning and cleaning house most of the day I decided to go ahead and do Max Cardio Conditioning.
Surprisingly enough I made it through with relative ease. Perhaps I was full of energy, or perhaps I am getting into better shape.
All I know is that I have Sunday off from exercise now and I have begun week 3.

For some reason Max Interval Plyo was VERY difficult for me today. I had a tough time getting through it. I did manage to make it all the way, but I had to push myself really, really hard.
I’m thinking my legs need a break.

Perhaps I did not take full advantage of the recovery workout yesterday. The Max Interval Circuit kicked my butt today. It was actually easier than on Sunday, but I was laying in a pool of sweat when it was over.
One good thing — tomorrow is the last day of the week, so I will have only 3 weeks left after that. Hopefully most of the rest of the fat on my stomach will vanish by then.

Today was the Max Recovery workout. I believe the “Recovery” portion is a bit misleading. Wow, it was a tough workout. No cardio, but lots of strength and such. Can’t say it was overly enjoyable.
Tomorrow is back to the extreme cardio.

I think this is the hardest workout ever put on DVD. It was 48 minutes of pure hell with only one 30 second built in break. Otherwise it was non-stop cardio work.
I was able to make it through it, but was VERY tired at the end. Glad tomorrow is a recovery day, although I’m sure the workout will still be tough.

Today was Max Interval Plyo, wow what a tough workout. A lot of upper body stuff, which is not my strong suit.
The most difficult things I remember are the squatting pushups and side pushups. My arms were very sore the day after. It was a bit shorter than the previous day’s workout, but still very difficult.

I’ve gotten behind on posting these, it is really Wednesday and I am posting about Sunday’s workout. This was the longest workout of Insanity, clocking in at exactly one hour.
If I remember correctly it was tough, but possibly not as difficult as I had envisioned. It was a lot like the first 4 weeks but w/one more 3 section circuit added.
